#OnlyJesusSatisfies
“And we believe that that place belongs to Jesus because he is the only one who will never fail you. He is the only one who knows everything about you, the good and the bad things, and he still loves you completely. And he is the only one who can truly satisfy your heart. So my challenge for you is this. What if you accepted the invitation Jesus offers? What will your life look like if you put him first today? And what if the emptiness you've been trying to fill with everything else could only be filled by the one who created you?”

#MakeJesusYourPriority
“And maybe today, if you're honest, you would say, Jesus hasn't really been my priority. But the good news is that it doesn't have to stay that way and that that can change today. Today, you can decide to take that next step and say, Jesus, I want you to be my priority, and maybe that's your prayer today. Jesus, you first. And the reason Christ followers evolved their lives to Jesus isn't because we are forced to. Because Christianity has never been about earning God's love, but we devote ourselves to Jesus because he already loves us. Jesus gave everything for us on a cross, so our devotion is simply a response to his love. We don't devote ourselves to Jesus so that he will love us, but we devote ourselves to him because he first loved us.”

#ChooseHimInImperfection
“And this doesn't require perfection. Devotion is not perfection. Being devoted to God doesn't mean that you need to have a perfect relationship with him. It doesn't mean that you need to have a perfect life. It doesn't mean that you will never struggle or that you will never suffer. It means that being devoted to God means that even in your imperfection, even in your struggle, even in your doubts, even in your suffering, you consistently choose him again and again and again. Choosing him when life is good, choosing him when life is hard, when you feel close to him, and when you don't.”

#DecideToDevoteYourLife
“So as I finish my question, my question isn't what or who you are devoted to anymore. But what I wanna ask you is, will you choose to devote your life to the one who first devoted his life to you? Or will you keep chasing things that were never meant to satisfy the deepest longing of your heart? The invitation is here, but the choice is yours. And my prayer is that today you would choose Jesus, that you will recognize who he is, respond to his love, and remain devoted to him every single day of your life even when things get hard.”
