52s
“``Now this crown is given to us at his appearing. That's a big deal. We don't have to know the day. We don't need to know the day. All we have to do is be ready for the day. That's what it says. The same event, two completely different outcomes here. Darkness for those living in presumption. Well, I know it's gonna happen. I'll be ready for it. I'll I'll know he's coming and I can say, lord, bless me, lord, because I'm asking for your forgiveness. Whoops. You're already too late. You don't get it. Or a crown for those walking with him. Oh, how can I walk with him? By being obedient to what he asks us to do.”
47s
“They assumed it was coming for their enemies. They assumed their religious activities had placed them on the right side of what was coming. on the right side of what was coming? What is the right side of what's coming? Is it your side? Or is it the side of God? God's side is always the right side. do you listen to what he says so you're on his side? Now he's not necessarily on our side. We're on his side or on the enemy's side. There's no in between. There is no sitting on the fence.”
68s
“They longed for judgment. Get this. They longed for judgment without examining whether they themselves were ready to stand on what they were wishing for. you ready to stand on the day of the lord? Are you ready to stand on what god says? Are you ready to stand on his side? Stand in his shadow, under his pinions, under his feathers, around Are you ready to stand with god? Not stand against him, not stand outside looking at what's he gonna do now because you're gonna get what he's doing now and not what you think. God is very specific. When he warns us, and I mean, warns us and you know he's warning you and you're not paying attention, do you realize that you are now subject to his wrath?”
53s
“God is not warning pagans. You're not warning the evil ones that we consider evil, the bad people, not warning them at all. He's warning us who are believers. Now, think about that. He's not warning those who don't believe. Why warn somebody who doesn't believe because they're not gonna believe what you say? They're gonna, wow. That's just for somebody else, not me. Well, in that case, they're right because it wasn't for them. It was for those who believed what god said. They didn't live like it but they believed it.”
