#SpiritualDiet
“``So the question that you have to wrestle with, what's been feeding you? What's been feeding your thoughts? What's been feeding your emotions? What's been feeding your faith. Because over time, what feeds you is what you become. You are what you eat spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. So maybe the answer to your prayer is just changing your diet.”

#EveryScrollCounts
“when you're scrolling on those thirty hours and that algorithm is feeding you things, that's that's why I don't think they call them feeds by accident. Right? Well, that's good. I think they call them feeds on purpose because it is. It's not it's not feeding your belly, it's feeding your heart. And everything that comes from the heart is how you project yourself. Every scroll is a bite, every video is a meal, Every headline is feeding your spirit. And here's the problem.”

#FeedForGrowth
“If you feed your body, it grows. If you feed your spirit, it grows. If you feed your body junk, it grows. If you feed your body good stuff, it grows in a better way. Yeah. If you feed your spirit junk, what happens? Does it grow? Absolutely. Does it grow healthily? Does it grow whole? You can't keep feeding something and and expect it to die. So what I mean by that is if you're if you're struggling with something, if there's something in your life that you want to change and you just don't know how to get it done and you've been praying for it, like, god, please take this from me. I don't I can't I can't handle this anymore. Are you feeding it?”

#QuietOverNoise
“So the world's really loud. Right? Everywhere we look, everywhere we go, the world is throwing things at us. Buy this, wear that, smell like this. Look at these things. If you drive this car, you'll have more friends. But you know what's not loud? The bible tells us God speaks in a still, quiet voice. Still, small voice. So if you've got all the loudness of the world beating you down, how can you hear what he's got to say?”
