#BlessingThroughJacob
“``So where is God in this? Again, God is not mentioned explicitly a lot or at all, really, in this passage. But we must ask ourselves, is Jacob's family now not growing? It becoming more numerous? He hasn't had children yet, but he will. As we'll see, this all eventually leads to Jacob having 12 sons, not to mention daughters as well. And this eventually is how God causes all the world to be blessed through Jacob.”

#DelaysNotDeadEnds
“Even though Jacob couldn't see the end of all these things happening to him, he couldn't see the end of Laban deceiving him and tricking him and taking advantage of him. God was was work he was working his plans and and his promises out. The wrongs done to us, they aren't roadblocks to God's plans for us. At worst, they're just simply delays, but a delay that God can use for his glory and his purpose.”

#WorkIsBeingDone
“But work is being done. Alright? We joke about it, but things are happening. Even if we can't see it, things are moving towards, hopefully, a better traffic pattern, a better traffic flow, a better route to take. And such is the case with our heavenly father. Things maybe feel like a mess. This person has wronged us. It's upset our life. They've deceived us. They've tricked us, but God is still working.”

#HeMakesGoodOutOfBad
“Now make note that the passage doesn't say that he will make all things good. Sometimes we wanna interpret it that way. And if maybe we've been wrong, somebody's cheated us, they've hurt us deeply, maybe we'll say, what about all this good that God promised me? But that's not what it says. It says he will bring good. He will make good out of all things.”

#GoodFromTheBroken
“So what that means is is when, say, in this case, someone has wronged us, God doesn't just wave his magic wand and make it like that thing never happened, but he brings good out of that bad situation. That means that when someone loves God and they they follow him, right, when someone is God's child, that even though something bad may very well happen to us, God will make good out of it.”

#TrustBeyondFeelings
“God has abandoned me. God doesn't care about me. God doesn't care what's happening to me. It's in those moments that we don't rely only on what our feelings or our emotions tell us, but we trust God's promises and his character that he will look out for us, that we can trust him to have his power and authority over what's going on in our lives.”

#HeavenlyFatherCares
“Sometimes when we feel like we've been wrong, people have hurt us, We just feel like God's not doing anything. God's not fixing this. He's not taking care of this for me. And I don't know your relationship with your earthly father, whether it's good, bad, or indifferent. But regardless, no matter what's been done to us, even if we don't realize it or see it, your heavenly father cares for Your heavenly father is working for you.”

#BelieveGodsGuidance
“God is in control. He can and will fulfill his promises through the wrongs done to us, even through the wrongs done to us. And so what are we to do when someone wrongs us, hypothetically? Right? Because this doesn't happen to any of us. But, hypothetically, what do we do when someone wrongs us? First, we believe in God's guidance. We believe in God's guidance.”
