#ForgiveLikeJesus
“Peter really messed things up. If we read the story of Jesus and Peter and it and if we read that story and it said, Peter did that, and then Jesus didn't trust him anymore, and Jesus got rid of Peter. We'd be like, yeah. That makes sense. Yep. That makes sense. You can't have somebody on your team that doesn't support you. Right? We we'd say, yeah. That makes sense. But that's not what Jesus did. That's not what Jesus did at all. Instead, Jesus does some does something that's so convicting. He forgives Peter.”

#LookForTheImpossible
“text doesn't tell us why he got up and ran to that tomb. But something in him made him believe at least enough to get up and go check it out. Did he remember Jesus telling him that he would rise again? Who knows? But what we do know is that he got up and went. He got up and he went looking for the impossible.”
