39s
“``Because every divided heart eventually drifts, but every surrendered heart finds its way back home. The good news is Solomon's story doesn't have to be our story. Today, God is still inviting us to examine our hearts, to notice the compromise, to identify the distractions, to surrender the things that are competing for our devotion, and to return once again to the one who deserves our whole heart. Because wisdom isn't simply knowing what is right, Wisdom is loving God enough to choose him every day.”

“``That's why following Jesus isn't just about believing the right things. It's also about practicing the right rhythms, the daily habits of reading scripture, praying, worshiping, journaling, serving, and resting. And living in Christian community aren't just religious checklists. They are the places where God slowly transforms our hearts and teaches us to discern his wisdom. The world tells us that wisdom comes from more information. God tells us wisdom comes from greater intimacy. The more time we spend with him, the more we begin to think like him, love like him, and respond like him.”

“``We don't recognize his voice by accident. We recognize it through relationship. Wisdom is cultivated long before it is needed. When the difficult conversation comes, when your child asks the hard questions, when your marriage hits the rough season, when the diagnosis arrives, when you're deciding whether to forgive, when you're choosing between comfort and obedience, you won't suddenly become wise in the moment. You'll draw from that relationship you've been building with God all along.”
61s
“``The truth is wisdom isn't usually formed in the big decisions. It's formed in the small ones. Every time you choose to read the scripture, you're training your heart to recognize God's voice. Every time you you spend time in prayer, you're learning to trust his perspective instead of your own. Every moment of solitude teaches you you don't have to live at the frantic pace of this world. Every journal entry you write down, what God is teaching you helps you remember his faithfulness when life gets confusing. every time we gather with other believers, you invite wise counsel into your life instead of trying to figure it all out alone. Those rhythms and habits may not seem extraordinary, but over time, they shape an extraordinary life out of the ordinary.”
