#Psalm23Promise
“This is what David says in Psalm 23. He says, the Lord, the I am is offering, and it's on offer. The I am is saying, I want to be your shepherd. I want to be your watchman, your guide, your protector, your provider, your physician, your healer. God is saying, you can look to all these other things, these other organizations, these other places. You can even look to the church to protect you, to provide for you. But guess what? As hard as they may try, they are going to fail. They are going to let you down.”

#GodIsEnough
“The people around you are never gonna be enough, but there's a shepherd who is the I am, who will never fail, who will never let you die. He never runs out of provision. He never ceases to watch. He is the infinite all sufficient God, and he wants to be your shepherd. Lord's saying, you can look to employers and retirement and your own strength. You can look into the market, but but guess what? None of it's ever gonna be enough. Elon Musk is the first trillionaire in history. It's never gonna be enough.”

#RestInTheShepherd
“Let me be your guide. Follow me. Let me be your watchman. Be at ease. Be at rest. Let me be your physician. I will heal you. God, you're saying all of these things to us this morning. And so, God, as we go to these tables to take communion, as we sing a song talking about how you're always on time and you never let us down, God, I pray that everyone in this room will open those hands just a little bit and look to you, this incredible promise that you, the eternal, self sufficient, never failing God of the universe, you are offering to be these things for us today.”

#GodGoesWithYou
“And what does God say to him? Lord said, who has made your mouth? Who makes him people mute, deaf, seeing, blind? It is not I is it not I, the Lord? Now therefore, go. And what does he say? I will be with your mouth, and I will teach you what to say. Trust me. I'm your shepherd. He doesn't come back and say, Moses, you can do this. Moses, you you you know, work hard enough. Like, you know, he doesn't give he doesn't give Moses a cat poster. Like, if you believe, you can do it. All things are like, no. No. He comes back and says, guess what? with you. That's all you need.”
