61s
“``It's not a matter of me giving you what you're asking me for. There's nothing greater than the intimacy and the closeness that you have with myself between you and I. Folks, you can have all this stuff in the world, but if you can get the presence of God in your life, you'll never forget that. You can forget about stuff. Stuff will come and stuff will go, but you'll never forget about the tangible presence of God. That's something that stays with you. Even when things are going right or even when things are going wrong, it stays with you because you remember, because it's a everlasting presence that leaves an impression on your mind and your heart that there's nothing greater than having the presence of God.”
62s
“It mean that he heard her. He heard her plea. See, Hannah's prayer and this is what he said to me today. He says, Hannah prayer was a woman who went from barren to mother a heartfelt prayer. Don't allow what you lack to determine the posture of your heart on how you're gonna approach the god who can change anything if you come at him the right way of faith. Her tear for plea for a son shows us that praying with a fervent heart, God's grace can reverse human circumstances, turning her deep sorrow into profound joy.”
52s
“She was no longer sad. What happened? When you get into faith and pray to God about anything, if you go in prayer in anguish or in some type of pain or frustration, if the anguish and the and the pain has left you, even though God has not said something to you, does not mean he hadn't showed up. Because immediately that that that that which she was perplexed by made her sad, she was no longer sad. So that lets me know that her prayer touched the heart of God himself.”
49s
“Stay with me tonight. The posture of your heart has to be in alignment with God's will, not what you feel, not what others have said. Because she didn't come into the presence of God, praying to God about what people are saying even though she had been perplexed by what they said and what they have and what she doesn't have. She didn't come before the Lord praying about what the people are doing against her. She said, I'm in great anguish and great pain, but Lord, I know that you will hear my cry. All I'm asking you for is one thing, give me a son, and when you give me this son, I vow unto you what I'm gonna do for you with this child.”
