#RestInTheProvider
“Because at the end of the day our rest cannot be in the well, not in what it provides, what it produces, or how full the water is in it. Our rest has to come or has to be in the one who provides the water. And the well, the season, the provision cannot change, can't, well, the vision, the provision, the season can change. But guts and his promises don't.”

#WorkHardStayHumble
“So I'm not saying don't work hard. I'm saying you can work hard, you can be excellent, you can strategize, you can grow, you can do your part. I'm all about growth mindset. I'm all about doing my best. But then you were never meant to carry the weight of being God. And you can be excellent without making excellent your source. You can work hard without worshipping your work. You can be right without needing to win. And you can be successful without taking all the credit. And you can fail without taking all the blame.”

#PostureOfRest
“And maybe that's what the posture of rest. Right? Rest is not about doing nothing. Isaac kept on working, but then rest is continuing to do what God has called you to do without trying to control the outcome or proving myself right. This is something that I have to learn as well. So so he wasn't fighting for what God already promised him. He just trusted that if God said he would provide, then he would make the space until he reach Rehoboth, which is at last the Lord created enough space for us to prosper in this land. He didn't give up.”

#ChoosePeaceNotPride
“And this is applicable not just for my life, my ministry, but also for my job. Do I have to fight every single battle because I'm right? Even though we know that Isaac is the rightful one, he still choose peace over pride. And he still choose to lose the arguments so he could win the peace. He he could've said, this is mine. I have every right to this. I'm not moving. You move. But he didn't.”

#SurrenderAndBeFaithful
“It's on me, God said. And unless I build the house, unless I bless your ministry, unless I bless your job, unless I take care of your family, unless you surrender every single thing to my hands, it's in vain. And and and even in here, literally, the Lord bless his beloved even when he sleep. So he is or whoever he in this passage is sleeping, he is resting. It's a posture of rest knowing that God has my back. And God takes the credit. God takes the blame too. So my part is just to be faithful, be teachable, have a growth mindset, humble ourselves, trust God, move on, repeat.”

#RestDontControlResults
“In summary, I'm not saying be humble, keep working hard and don't fight people, but I'm saying have a posture of rest. And have a posture of rest meaning it's not you and rest is knowing you get who gets the credit. You did the work for sure. You did your best but God made it possible. You keep digging, you keep going but you don't have to control the results. And that's very relieving.”
43s
#ForgiveDontGossip
“And most importantly, how do you respond to the abimaleks in your life? How do you respond to those type of people? As simple as, would you keep on talking bad about that guy to everyone? Or would you keep score? do you talk, you know, do you talk bad about them? Do you need them to apologize before you can have your peace? Or can you forgive and let go and move on? Work hard, forgive, move on keep trusting God.”
39s
#FocusOnThePromise
“Focusing on the most important thing, meaning knowing how to keep on going. Instead of constantly strategizing about his fortune and thinking about how do I prevent my next conflict? How do I prevent those people to not be envy about me? Isaac focus on the one main thing which is the promises of God. God said earlier, stay in this land, I will bless you and Isaac obeyed, right? And he stayed and he did his part. So what if Isaac's focus wasn't on protecting the blessing but on trusting the one who gave it?”
