#RejoicingThroughGrief
“I was rocked to the core and deeply grieved when my dad, Tim Davis, passed away in February 2024, my grandmother in April 2025, and my dear friend and second father, elder Tim, passed away in the fall of two thousand twenty five. And then here recently, in 2026, my dear friend brother Jerry Hughes also passed away. These moments have proven to be extremely difficult for me to process. However, I can and do rejoice knowing that my dad, my grandmother, elder Tim, and brother Jerry Hughes are now with the Lord Jesus in paradise.”

#SeedsOfLoveAndTruth
“That truth gives me great peace and comfort as I have learned to rejoice through my tears. I also find a reason to rejoice in those who have abandoned the Lord because our church has been used by God to sow the seeds of real love and real truth to them. And so I pray that the Holy Spirit of God will cause these seeds that we have planted to grow up in them into real salvation and eternal life.”

#FromDreamToChurch
“It fills my heart with thankfulness to God for each one of you. Because when I think back to when we started this church in May 2021, we had absolutely no members, no money, no building, no website, no social media, no equipment, no kids. We had no anything. We only had a dream and raw faith that God could and would use us as we were seeking to honor and obey him by starting a church which would focus on showing real love to others, proclaiming the real truth from the Bible in order that others would have real life with the one true real God both today, tomorrow, and forevermore.”

#HeartbrokenByDepartures
“Nevertheless, these past five years, we have experienced some difficult and grievous times. I was deeply sad when elder Tyler and his sweet family had to leave us due to their military transfer from Fort Rucker to be based in Louisiana. I was heartbroken when many who sat in my home and with whom my family and I shared meals, prayers, laughs, songs, and sermons decided to forsake Christ, leave the church, and continue a life in unrepentant sin.”

#SeasonOfSabbath
“I say all of this to say, now me and my family must take a season of Sabbath of Sabbath rest. We must take some time to recharge, be refreshed, and recalibrated. I feel this exactly this is exactly what the Lord Jesus wants us to do right now. This means for the time being, do not plan on preaching, singing, or producing any more videos. Please allow me to stress that I'm not quitting or giving up on Jesus or preaching, but I'm simply taking a season of Sabbath.”

#LivesTransformed
“Due to your faithfulness to God over the past five years, we have witnessed him saving and transforming lives, marriages, and families. We have seen certain people who did not ever really attend church start attending and serving. We have seen others who were not actively attending church at all start coming nearly every Sunday. We have seen others get baptized in the waters of Lake Eufaula and start a brand new life trusting and following king Jesus.”

#BiblicalKidsMinistry
“We have seen the birth and implementation of a safe, robust, and biblical God's kids children's ministry, where our children have been catechized through our use of the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Westminster Shorter Catechism and Heidelberg Catechisms. We have seen God use our church as a place for others to use their natural and spiritual gifts to sing, teach, greet, serve, and bless others in the name of the Lord.”

#BelievingIsSeeing
“It is gonna be a guide to help you demolish disbelief and build a rock solid faith in God and his word. This would be a book for parents, youth, and adults who wrestle with doubts or disbelief, but desire for themselves, their kids, and others to be able to grow and have full confidence in Jesus Christ and his holy and true word. I also plan to do some videos with elder Jonathan Noble on various topics, and I would like to resume doing videos with elder Tyler, and we've already discussed going through the Heidelberg Catechism of fifteen sixty three.”
