1. "Every believer is in a war. But we do not battle against flesh and blood. But we do battle against principalities and powers. Rulers of the darkness of this age. Spiritual hosts of wickedness. In the heavenly. In the heavenly places. And just like there were many on that day, on October 7th last year, they were not looking for war. They were just going through their life, or they went to a music festival to enjoy life. There are people today that are going through life, and they are not looking for spiritual war, but it is happening."

2. "So whether or not you want the war has nothing to do with the fact that you are in a war. We are in a war. I will tell you this, spiritual victories are won through intercessory prayer. They are won through confession of God's word. And they are won through praise and worship. This message addresses the subject of using praise and worship in our spiritual warfare. Let's get right into it. Scripture shows our praise moves God to bring victory on our behalf."

3. "Their worship released God to act in a way that God knew was best. So in your battle, keep your focus on the Lord. Not the enemy. Not the enemy and not even the conflict. Keep your focus on the Lord. Because your praise is a statement that you know God is strong. And He's going to do mighty exploits on your behalf."

4. "There is a powerful dynamic when we praise the Lord in difficult times. Let's talk a second point. That is the shout of warfare. Shouting is a specific form of praise. I want to give you two examples. The first is in Joshua chapter number 6. Joshua chapter 6 is the Hebrew people are coming into Canaan. And the first city they come across is Jericho. They come across Jericho, a walled city."

5. "God. Uses the weapon of praise to release his power on our behalf. There is time for intercession. But there is also time to praise the Lord. In our warfare of praise, we do not focus on the problem. We simply confess and rejoice in Christ's leadership. We rejoice in the fact that he is the victor. And we rejoice in his strength. When we praise, God fights. And we do not have to adopt a war. We have a warring spirit. If there is any fighting to be done, let God do it."

6. "So under the prophetic anointing, Jacob declared that the hand of the praisers, the hand of the praisers, the hand of the praisers is going to be on the neck of their enemies. Judges chapter 1 verse 1 and 2. Now after the death of Joshua it came to pass that the children of Israel asked the Lord, saying, Who shall be first to go up against the Canaanites to fight against them? And the Lord said, Judah shall go up. Indeed, I have delivered the land into his hand. So the praisers were to be the very first. to lead Israel into victory. So let the praisers rise up in the church again today."

7. "So get this, whenever we choose to get into praise and worship, we are involved in an antiphonal choir. Because as we speak, there is a heavenly choir right now that is proclaiming with a loud voice the praises and the glory and the honor. You are worthy, oh God, to receive glory and honor and praise. And as that heavenly choir is singing all this high praise, heavenly choir is singing, we get to be a part of the choir here on earth."

8. "There is a powerful relationship between praise and the Bible. There's a good rule of thumb that all preaching without praise, you dry up. And all praise without preaching, you blow up. But if you combine preaching and praise, you grow up. And I think there needs to be a good, healthy balance of preaching and praise. Are you with me? There's a time to proclaim the Word of God, and there is a time to praise the Lord. God responds to our intercessory prayer, but He also responds to our worship."

9. "The safest place in the day of trouble is in a proper relationship with Jesus Christ and in a proper relationship with the body of Christ, being in and connected to the local church. That's the safest place for you to be. Now, God does not promise that our enemies are going to disappear, but He does promise that we can be victorious against them, and He promises that He's going to fight for us on our behalf. So let the high praises be heard from their mouth, and may they hold the double-edged sword in their hands."

10. "So the worship team is coming right back up. That's why we put the worship at the end of this message instead of the first. We've talked about it, and now we are going to do it. It is time. Now, you see this guy walking with that shofar right there? Hold it up high there, Charles. That's a shofar. That is also called a trumpet. You remember when I said that oftentimes when we read one of the passages we read, when they heard the trumpet, and they heard the shout, then the walls came down? He's going to blow this shofar. That's also a trumpet. That is a call to war, and it is also a call to worship."
