#ParadiseWithGod
“God wants you to dwell with him in the glories of paradise forever where everything is just the way that it's supposed to be. That's what God has in mind for you. And now what Jesus asks you to do is to pick up your cross and follow him until you see him face to face in the glories of heaven where you will be victorious. That's what God has in mind for you. May that always be at the front of your mind too. May God grant it, to him be the glory.”

#ThinkGodFirst
“So Jesus tells us to take up our cross and follow him. As we do that, we seek to have in mind the things of God. Yes, that is going to mean that sometimes we forego the things that we might like to have in mind. But you know what? It's pretty good to have in mind the things of God because this is what God has in mind for you. God wants you to dwell with him in the glories of paradise forever where everything is just the way that it's supposed to be. That's what God has in mind for you.”

#CrossBearingFaith
“You see, what is most important is that Jesus went to the cross for you. And what is most important in your life is that you stay close to Jesus and that you continue to look to him and to his cross for your salvation. That is what is most important. And Jesus tells us here that the way to stay close to him is not through endless earthly glory and power and comfort. The way we stay close to him is through self denial and cross bearing.”
