#SecondChances
“Can I just speak to somebody who may be feeling that right now? You look at your life and you think, I made this mistake and I made that mistake and those decisions are are haunting me and I'm struggling. I'll never be able to experience God's best. I will always have God's second best. Well, let me give you some good news from God's word, the book of all books. God's will is never about god's second best. It's about god's second chance. Oh, hallelujah. third and fourth and fifth and sixth and seventh.”

#FriendshipWithGod
“Because God's will is not a feeling. God's will is not a formula. Well, if it's not a feeling and a formula, what is it? It's a friendship. friendship with God. It's what we've been talking about through this whole chapter. It's nearness to God so that distance and resistance are overcome. God's will is developing a sustained relationship and friendship with him where he is guiding you every day, every step of your life. Amen.”

#LifeIsTemporary
“Takes every every ounce of pressure off because you recognize that this body is just a suitcase that's traveling from one destination to another. And you don't hold your wins and your losses so closely, especially the losses because you know that the sorrow you experience here won't have an address in heaven. That the pain you're walking through here, you won't experience in residence in heaven.”

#InvestInEternity
“When I hear James talk to me about my life is a vanishing life. It's a vapor. Wow. It changes my entire perspective to the point that I just wanna be involved in those things that will bring value in the remaining part of my life, that I don't wanna just engage in the temporary things, but I want to enjoy the eternal things, the things that will impact the kingdom Yes. That I wanna spend my life in a community of faith like Bethesda that are engaged in the very same things that I am, that see the very same things as important as I see important, that I wanna invest my life in impacting eternity and introducing people to Christ and taking as many people to heaven with me as I possibly can.”
