Sanctification trains the will to obey and the hands to serve.

2 Corinthians 3:17 names the engine. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” The flesh still lunges for control, but the Spirit breaks the old yoke and teaches new habits. Yielded hearts speak differently, choose differently, and recover more quickly when they fail.
