“Yeah. God, I'll give when it's easy. I'll give when it's convenient. I'll give when I have leftovers. I'll give after uncle Sam gets his place. I'll give after I do my car payment. I'll give after the kid's soccer fee or basketball fee. I'll give after college front cost. No. God says and god is looking. I wonder if we don't have revival because we're giving god all the leftovers. just being dropped and honest. Jesus said you can't love money and love me.”

“Listen to me. God is your provider. God to everything you have, everything you are is from God and for God. In Deuteronomy, God warned them, when you get stuff, you have to be careful that you don't think that that stuff is because of you. He said, remember, am the one who gives you the ability to create wealth. Amen. gives you the ability. If you're good with your hands, that ability came from God. If you're good with your head, that ability came from God. If you're good with your head, your hands, and everything else, that ability came from God. All you have is from God and for God. Listen to me. Even where you live, it's from God.”

“There are times in our lives, man. We've had to go, god. Okay. You get it before the bills. That's financially irresponsible. Nope. Best thing you can do. Been there, done that, got the T shirt, the ticket, the movie ticket. I got a house and everything else, god. I got the I've been through that scenario. Where Stephanie and I, we've just said, nope. God gets it first. It's his way. David understood that worshiping God financially sometimes requires sacrifice.”

“The heart of generosity is sacrifice. I remember one time I was reading through the book of second Samuel and and there's this plague going on in the nation of Israel David, King David goes to the to the prophet and what should I do? This pray plague is is just devastating. It's like COVID. You know, it's like going over. Everybody's dying. David goes, what should we do? And and the prophet calls and he seeks god and he says, I want you to go and I want you to to build an altar and I want you to give a sacrifice. So, king David in in second Samuel chapter 24 goes to a guy named Aaronah And he says, I wanna buy your threshing floor, kinda like his barn. And I wanna build an altar and I wanna sacrifice to God because God told me to to make a sacrifice and give an offering. And and Aaron assist him. He says, hey, David. You can have a king. It's yours and listen to what David says. No, I insist on paying for it. I will not sacrifice to the lord, my god, an offering that cost nothing.”
