### Quotes for Outreach

1. "It is about sharing life and supporting one another, it is about being a part of something bigger than themselves. I want to encourage you if the Holy Spirit is leading you, this is a place that could be home for you, it's a place that we are bound together in purpose and relationship and to our new members of our faith family. Amen. I just want to say, welcome home." [01:11:43]( | | )

2. "And so I want to encourage you to see Cynthia to get one of these. I would love every time I turn around to see a sea of blue and white. Out in our community serving the Lord and loving on people and sharing with them the good news of Jesus Christ." [09:53]( | | )

3. "Today after service, if you go by the fellowship hall right underneath the Operation Appreciation banner, there are still some of those appreciation cards where you can write some words of encouragement, a prayer, a Bible verse, whatever you'd like to write that's going to be given to the teachers with their meal that they pick up on Monday." ### Quotes for Members

1. "And there's going to come a moment at some point in the future where someone says something that rubs you the wrong way there's going to come a moment in a business meeting where we have to make a decision as a family of believers and that's going to be the moment where we decide whether or not we're actually going to make a difference for the kingdom of god because it's in that moment where either grace will carry us through or we'll let it all go i challenge each of you today choose unity by choosing grace towards one another we're going to make a difference for the kingdom of god to save the lost to fight the forces of evil we got to be united in our goal we have to be united against our adversary and finally we have to be united in our connection to christ." [53:58]( | | )

2. "See, what we need most in our hearts and in our church is not strategies, it is not our programs, it is not our music, it's not even our leaders, it is the Spirit of God. And if that Spirit is alive and well in you, if you are humbling yourself and following his leading, that if you are connected to the vine as the branch, we will bear fruit. And if we're not, then anything else, I mean, I am so excited about the things that God is leading us to do in our community, and I am so excited that Ruth is leading the charge with our outreach team, and we have so many fantastic things planned that I want you to be involved in and to get connected to. But you know what the reality is, is that if you're not first connected to Christ, if you're not growing and thriving in your own faith, all the rest of it is, it's just spinning our wheels." 3. "It starts with our own hearts, but we access that connection to Christ, not by ourselves, but as a part of a spiritual family. Now, Jesus is sitting there, and he's responding to the Pharisees, and he's got a crowd around him, and apparently his mom and his brothers made a trip over to come see Jesus, and so they're, they're having a hard time getting to him, I guess because the crowd is, is so thick, but they kind of sent word through some people that they were there, and they wanted to see Jesus, and, and at first, Jesus's response comes across maybe a little bit disrespectful. Now, I, I, like, Jesus wasn't trying to disrespect his mom, but you know, if, if your son said that to you, when you, when you showed up, like you had gone on a journey just to see him, and he shows up, and, and, and, and, and, Jesus is like, ah, who's my mother? Who's my brothers? Now, Jesus wasn't trying to be disrespectful, but he was trying to make a point, and that is that there is no greater connection on this physical earth that is stronger than the connection that we have through the Spirit of God, and that's, that's a pretty incredible thing to say."
