34s
“Some people say, well well, Peter walked down the street and his shadow fell on people and they were healed and delivered. So I believe I'll start a shadow ministry. No. This was just the creative genius of the Holy Spirit. Not everything that the Holy Spirit did is to be grabbed as a something to be replicated because it was the spirit the work of God. It was the miraculous power of God, and it was not man's strategy at work doing that.”

“Only the grace of God. There's people in this church. You've gone through difficulty and trials and tests physically, relationally, financially, and other ways. And, friends, the outcome of that, look, you're still standing. You're still going forward. And some would say, how in the world are you doing that? I'll tell you what it is. It's the unparalleled grace of God, giving them strength to go when you'd feel like quitting, keeping on when you'd feel like walking away. It's it's it's that unparalleled grace of god that gives them this attitude to keep going.”
66s
“And what what's beautiful in the end of this passage, we see something happen. This resurrection life is experienced by the apostles, and it gave them two things. It gave them, first of all, unparalleled grace because there's no way that a person could get 39 lashes from a Roman guard with a leather strap that would leave welts, that would even cut the body, that would put bruises, and that would leave you in pain for sometimes weeks following to receive 39 in that moment to be flogged and to leave rejoicing that you had been counted worthy to suffer disgrace for the name of Jesus. Friends, that is nothing short than a manifestation of the life of God in the area that I would call unparalleled grace.”
50s
“This message is to be spoken. The word message in that tie in that text, it's a Greek word, rhema, r h e m a, which means spoken word. The word is to be spoken. Today, we read the word. Did you know, friends, as we read the word, his word was working in this room just as it's read because the word itself contains the power of God. It's God's words read by Steve Weaver, but it's God's word, and they are eternal in nature. They are omnipotent in power because it is God's words that we read and we speak.”
