Day 2: 창조주 엘로힘의 선하심을 통한 감사

엘로힘으로서 하나님은 하늘과 땅과 그 질서를 지으시고 유지하시며 해와 달과 별과 모든 자연을 우리에게 조건 없이 제공하시는 창조주이므로, 이 창조와 섭리의 증거를 바라볼 때 일상에서 감사가 일어난다. [10:36]

Day 3: 내 영혼아 소망을 둘 것을 권면함

불안과 낙심이 밀려올 때 스스로를 향해 "내 영혼아 너는 하나님께 소망을 두라"고 말씀으로 권면하는 훈련을 통해 생각의 흐름을 전환하고, 그렇게 주님을 바라볼 때 비로소 감사 찬양이 회복된다. [16:20]

Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.

Day 5: 우상과 다른 참 하나님을 경배하라
