#MoveForwardWithLove
“That's what it is moving forward. It's it's not like I forget about it. No. You're not giving up on it, but they had to move to the next city. So you can love somebody without being becoming stuck. You can pray for somebody and keep moving in what god has for you. You can leave the door open without standing in the doorway for the rest of your life.”

#MoveOnDontGiveUp
“Sometimes the same week, sometimes down the line, sometimes our years go by, and bam, something else happens. But in all of those things, I do think the enemy wants to use that because you see, you know, and when we talk about stronghold, at least me growing up, I would relate stronghold with demonic. Then the enemy tries to use that against us. Oh, are you gonna let that go after all these years? Are you sure about this? So, again, don't confuse moving on with giving up. Sometimes moving forward is how you refuse to let yesterday's resistance becomes today's stronghold.”

#ApplyTheTruth
“Now that's the point, though. It is not like, you you know, if I if I if I carry my bible, that will not set me free. Amen. If I sleep with my bible, if I hold my bible at night, if I put my Bible over my head, I can even kiss my Bible. It will do me no good if I don't apply. And it's not only it's like any kind of truth. It's like the truth that I know. Because, mean, this is all truth, but it has to be a specific something that I see it. And it's like, the truth that I know, that truth will set me free.”

#ResistRejection
“Rejection does not need to become a strong hold in us. Amen. It doesn't. Because if I don't let it go, if I don't shake it off, and sometimes we need to verbalize it. Lord, I refuse, Lord God. I'm sorry. Father, I I feel like it's almost trying to get hold of me, and I feel like it's becoming a stronghold. I resist. I refuse to accept rejection in the name of Jesus. That will not become a stronghold in my mind, in Jesus' name. And you speak it out. You gotta resist it. Amen. So the attitude of shaking it off, it it is it is like a message. Like, this is not going to stop us. They refused to carry it, and they were filled with joy and with the holy spirit.”

#BattleForYourMind
“So they stir up the Gentiles. They inside. They stirred against. They they arouse. So poison their minds. The the the idea is to harm, to embitter, to mistreat, or cause evil towards someone. Can you see why the battlefield of the mind matters? So a a stronghold isn't simply a thought that passes through your mind. You know? And I know. I've heard that growing up even in Brazil. It's like, well, if someone says something bad to you, you just let it go from here, and it goes to the other side. That's the problem. Right? Because it's gonna go through here too. It's not, like, gonna go this way. It's gonna go through it. And once you hear something, sticky. So it's it's it's a stronghold is it's a way of thinking that has been allowed to settle and strengthen and eventually become fortified against the knowledge of god.”

#TruthTakesTime
“Now think here a few things that I think Paul is demonstrating about dealing with strongholds. Right? Number one, some patterns of thinking are not demolished in one conversation or one sermon or or one encounter. Number two, truth sometimes has to keep working against something that has been fortified for years. Yeah. Yeah. Some things we see it, like immediate result. Praise god. Some other things, yeah, well, that should tell us. That might be a stronghold.”

#SeeGodClearly
“No. I I want you to see this because this is not like, okay, in the past, this is happening as it's happening. They experienced something they had never experienced before, but they explained it with something they had believed for a long time. Zeus is a supreme god in the Greek pantheon. Hermes, he I mean, they say it was the chief speaker. Hermes was regarded as the messenger or the herald of the gods. a stronghold doesn't necessarily prevent you from seeing what god is doing. Sometimes it prevents you from correctly interpreting what you're seeing.”

#BreakFearPatterns
“So we're gonna take authority over those things in Jesus' name. Amen. Another thing, fear based thinking. Something bad happened in the last time that I tried to do this, so it's gonna happen again. Yeah. Oh, I was on my way to church, and I had a flat tire. Oh, now I'm afraid to go to church. then you come to church, few months go by another flat tire. This is like, see, I knew it. I shouldn't go to church. That's why I'm watching online or something. But, again, the enemy is is you do you see how it becomes a a stronghold? Because we begin to think that that is a pattern. And and, again, if Romans twelve two talks about, that we're not supposed to conform to patterns.”
