"Cast your burdens before the Lord. Cast your cares on the Lord because he cares for you. That's something he really wants us to do. I want you to imagine something with me really quickly. I'm going to switch mics. I want you to imagine that you work." [00:00:43] (19 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"one of the reasons why you got to lay it down is to take your hand out of the room and say God I'm taking my hands off of it so God I don't want to make it worse I don't want to make it worse I need you to do something would you please do it this is our opportunity to lay it down to lay it at the feet of Jesus everybody come up a little bit because I want everybody to feel like they got up here to lay it down I'm bringing this to God and here's the beauty of it what you bring to the altar you don't have to take back with you I mean that I'm gonna show you how what you bring to the altar you don't have to take back with you I mean that I'm gonna show you how what you bring to the altar you don't have to take back with you I mean that I'm gonna show you how when you put it in God's hands" [00:04:25] (37 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Because when you're obsessed with it, it's going to trouble you. It's going to mess with your mind. It's going to mess with your health. It's going to disturb your peace. Give it to the Lord. You got to trust him. You got to trust him. Now, I'm about to pray. And two times in this prayer, I'm going to stop. And when I stop to pray the prayer, it is simply for you to name who it is that you're laying down and to name what it is that you're laying down. And this is why." "And when I say about the situation, you name the situation. It can be multiple situations. Name them. Say, God, I'm turning that over to you. I'm turning that over to you. I'm turning that. You say it to God because I want you to be specific with them. You got it? Now, if you want to kneel, you can kneel. If you want to just stand and lift your hands, you want to lift your head to God, you want to bow your head, close your eyes, whatever you need to do to connect with God, it's up to you. You do that. I'm praying right now. Let's pray." [00:06:36] (28 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Lord, I come before you, and I bring this person before you right now. Say their names. Say it quietly. Say their names. Lord, you know how much pain I carry regarding this person. You know how much hurt I carry. You know how much fear I carry. You know how much fear I carry. You know how much fear I carry. you know how much I worry about this person." "Tell him what you need. And thank him for all he's done. This is the pathway to peace. All this stuff starts calming you down. I trust you, God. I need you in this situation. I thank you for what you've already done. I thank you for what you've already done. I thank you for what you've done in my childhood, what you've done in my relationship, what you did in my health. I was sick. I'm better now. I'm better now. I'm better now. I'm better now. I'm better now. I'm better now. I'm better now." [00:14:50] (26 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Gratitude suffocates worry. And then he says, if you do these things, verse 7, then God's peace that's deeper than your own understanding will guard your heart and mind, watch this, as you live in Jesus Christ. It's a lifestyle. This is the play, y 'all. This is the plan. This is the pathway to peace. When you walk up to the line of scrimmage of life, that's good." "Because if you're saved and you have a personal relationship with God, you have what the Bible calls peace with God. That is Romans 5 .1. We have peace with God, and it is through the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ did all the work on the cross for us to pay for our sins. So when we put our trust in him, we now have peace with God. That means me and God are cool. I don't have to worry about the wrath of God in this life or the life to come. I'm not going to hell. I got peace with God. But having peace with God is my spiritual position." [00:18:31] (29 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Having the peace of God is a spiritual condition. And it is based on the conditions of how I manage worry. You can have peace. You can have peace with God and not have the peace of God. You can have peace with God, still be biting your nails, drinking, smoking, and worried and upset because having the peace of God is a skill." [00:19:03] (20 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Learn how to be aware of things without being preoccupied with them. Awareness is not preoccupation. Awareness just means, yeah, I heard about that. That's so sad. And learn how to let it go. Hear about the man. You hear about what happened? Yeah, I heard about that. You hear about what happened? Now, this is what happens." [00:19:40] (21 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Because you're not familiar with your rights, you don't know what the devil's throwing at you and what you don't have to accept. That was, okay. Don't worry about anything. Pray about it. Pray about everything. Pray about everything. Tell him what you need." [00:14:30] (18 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)
