You prayed that God would help you to be able to have a nice kitchen, a walk-in kitchen, maybe even a fireplace, whatever. But you've been praying about some things, and God is opening the doors. The loan was approved. You've got your mortgage, your down payment, clothing, but all these folks are telling you, now is not a good time. Don't do it. Just keep on renting for a little bit longer. Taking it to the Lord in prayer and just allowing God to move. He says, trust in the Lord with all of thy heart. Lean not on thy own understanding. When we learn to trust in God, it will help you even when life hits hard. [00:45:01] (15 seconds) Edit Clip

The only thing you can do is build your life on the solid ground, a solid foundation. And his name is Jesus. The more we begin to look at our life and begin to realize all the things that happen and all the inconsistencies. There are things that you guys have to learn. Trust in the Lord. His love is our foundation. His love is constant, and he's always there for us. And so the more we begin to look at this, we have to understand that God knew everything we were going to go through. And we were meant to walk with him, not without him. [00:54:26] (17 seconds) Edit Clip

See, this is where we have to begin learning to trust in the Lord. I can't have an excuse. He's the Lord. He's died for me. I need to stay in his grace. All these things are coming at me, are coming at me to get me to get off the path, and I've got to make sure that I stay in God. [00:58:00] (18 seconds) Edit Clip

Life is more bearable when you surrender your will to God and live for him because he becomes our anchor. I know sometimes as life begins to hit us very hard we start backing away and the more we back away from life then we start complaining about how lonely we are. [01:02:23] (23 seconds) Edit Clip

Leonard Ravenhill one time said the man who is intimate with God will never be intimidated by men. See the intimacy is a secret place because the rope that ties us to the rock is in the middle of the storm. Reverend Billy Graham one time said loneliness is one of the greatest problems people face today but Christ can fill that void. [01:04:48] (23 seconds) Edit Clip

But the word of God says be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee a crown of life in Revelation 2 and 10 that goal is there we're gonna have to go through a lot of things in our life but sometimes we're so uh going through so much stuff I need you to read I gotta go I quit I give up but he said be thou faithful unto death and I'll give thee a crown of life. I learned a long time ago to let go and let God. I've got to do it now. I've got to do it before and I've got to do it now. You're still worthy of all praise. Lord, we give you all the glory and all the honors. Your will, the gifts and call of God are not without repentance. [01:14:47] (18 seconds) Edit Clip
