37s
“And in that place of abiding and deliberate relationship with Jesus, the enemy can truly be crushed, and we become more like him that the father would be glorified on the earth. Jesus won the victory on the cross, and nothing can stop or thwart that plan. He is gonna come back, and he's gonna make all things right and everything underneath his feet. He is the beginning and he's the end. He's the alpha and the omega, the first and the last. And our job is to grow closer to him, become more and more like Jesus day after day.”
34s
“Search me, god, and see if there's any offensive way inside of me, and lead me in the way everlasting. This is our role in this. My little puppies aren't the enemy. The anger inside of me is the enemy. They're just helping me to see it, which actually makes them my friend even when they're doing those things I don't like. This agitation inside of me, it's not like Jesus and that's the real enemy.”
36s
“What's the alternative? I get mad? I keep getting more and more mad at my puppy till I kick it? Sounds extreme, but some of us have been there. It's this place of surrender knowing that he knows me better than I know myself. You wanted to feature enemies? You wanna see them crushed under your feet? Learn how to remain in Jesus with more intentionality and go deeper in your relationship with him.”
