The serpent’s lie began with convincing Eve she lacked something essential. He twisted God’s generosity into scarcity, making her believe fulfillment waited just beyond the forbidden tree. Humanity still chases that lie, mistaking momentary pleasure for lasting satisfaction. Every advertisement, self-help pitch, and cultural promise whispers the same deception: you need more. Yet like Eve, we discover the fruit only deepens hunger. True freedom comes when we stop believing the sales pitch. [39:49]

The woman saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and ate it. (Genesis 3:6, NLT)
