1. "And so what we have been doing is going through each chapter of Revelation and summarizing what we... what we read, and then trying to understand it, and then pull some things out to apply to our lives and the challenges that there are many different opinions and perspectives by really smart people about what it actually means. And so we have to wade through it, and so we're trying not to get lost in the details on that." [0:55] (32 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

2. "And so what we're going to do is I want to walk through what we just heard Grace read, and try to summarize it, and talk about what it could mean. And then we'll find some very practical, powerful application for daily life. Sound good?" [3:00] (17 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

3. "And so some people believe this, the woman going into the wilderness represents that short period of time of protection for God's people, which would be today. We're in the middle of that time. Others who look at these events as all this future thing that's gonna happen in the future one day right before Christ comes back, they see this as a literal event where Jewish believers will go into the wilderness literally because the Antichrist is persecuting them and they believe this takes place in the second half of the seven -year tribulation period." 4. "And so there's this war in heaven the devil and his angels lost the war thrown down to earth then all those are in heaven this great voice because the vision in heaven shouts basically jesus has come the messiah in power and glory and his kingdom has come that satan's been defeated people have been saved and then by the blood of the lamb which is the gospel message it's an announcement about the kingdom come christ's kingdom coming and it shows us the hope that is in christ in jesus christ and i love that this hope in jesus christ is based in reality and it's based in reality and it's based in reality and it's based in reality it's not all fluffy where everything's good the hope is this according to this little description it shows us the eternal hope of christ because even though satan continues to attack us and even kills christians in the end they will conquer him through the power of the blood and their resurrection and so it shows that christ is the only hope even though there's still pain even though there's even death by the enemy in the end the story is good news and christ wins that's what it shows us there with that little announcement and then there's a little warning at the end that says satan is angry and he will continue to increase his attacks on believers until christ returns so it gives us a little picture into reality it's like all we see is the physical world but behind the scenes your enemy continues to attack the followers of christ" [16:00] (102 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

5. "And so you need to know reality that there's a spiritual war happening behind the scenes of your daily life. Two, you need to know who your enemy is. John's vision makes that clear. And so does the rest of scripture. And your enemy is Satan. Your enemy is Satan. And you need to know his goal. He has one goal because he's angry. He's angry. He lost. He knows reality. he knows where he's going and because of that he's angry and he knows his time is limited and so his goal is to destroy as many lives as possible he wants to destroy your life but ultimately your soul so what is the mission of satan he wants to destroy as many lives as possible including yours and ultimately as many souls as possible now don't miss this that's his goal" [32:56] (51 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

6. "And so the only way the devil gets the victory is if we give it to him because Jesus has secured the victory. And so I just want to read that verse from Revelation again in chapter 12. It said, It's come at last. The good news is that salvation, power, the kingdom of God, and the authority of Christ, your accuser has been defeated. He's been defeated by the cross, what Jesus did on the cross, and his resurrection over death. And all those who believe in him will conquer him through the blood and by their testimony of faith. And so the victory is ours in Christ. Christ has won the war. We all know. That the war is won. But you need to understand there's daily battles. Satan is still fighting daily battles in your life because he knows his time is short and it will continue to go on until Christ returns or your life is over on this earth. And so we need to be aware." [41:14] (68 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

7. "And so as you leave here, a couple of questions for you. Are you aware of the spiritual reality that there's a war going on in your life behind the scenes? Do you believe it? If you don't believe it, that is a good admission. You need to say that. The prayer that you need to pray, there's a perfect little prayer that is out in the Gospels where this guy wanted to believe Jesus could heal, but he didn't. And so his prayer was, help me believe. What is the prayer? I've missed it. I believe. Help me to believe. Thank you. I knew you would know, Debbie. I believe, but I really don't. So help me. If you're unaware of the spiritual battle happening, pray that prayer. Lord, this sounds crazy, but I'm going to trust you, but I need your help to believe it. Because you don't want to be, you don't want to be vulnerable to attack from your enemy." [46:22] (56 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)
