Day 1: Roots Reaching Toward Living Water

A tree survives drought by stretching roots toward hidden streams. Trust works the same way – not passive resignation, but active pursuit of God’s presence. When heat comes (relational tensions, financial stress, health battles), our instinctive reach for control or distraction reveals where we’ve anchored. Healthy roots dig past surface-level solutions into the underground river of God’s faithfulness. What flows through those roots determines whether leaves stay green or hearts grow brittle. [03:52]
