1. "You see, God just doesn't save you to sit, soak, and sour. He wants to make a beautiful portrait out of your life. Amen? And when someone says yes to Jesus, you begin a new relationship with Jesus and willingly you allow God to change you into what He has planned for you since the beginning of time. So what God does is He picks up His paintbrush and out of His omnipotent hands He begins to paint a beautiful mirror. A beautiful masterpiece of your life." 2. "One of the major brush strokes that God uses when He begins to paint upon the canvas of our lives is transformation. We are transformed from a sinner into a born again child of God. That's called the new birth. And Pastor Shane so eloquently brought that out to us last week. Today we want to learn about a very huge brush stroke that is actually, I think, one of my favorites. And that is how God does what He does in our lives after we've been transformed. And that is through the love of God." [02:13] (41 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

3. "Everything that God does in us and through us is due to His love. And again, this beautiful painting has been given to us by Barbara Westerbeck. Let's give her a shout out this morning, would you? Thank you, Barbara, so very, very much. One of the brush strokes that God uses on the canvas of our life is love. He does it through love. He does it through love to create the masterpiece that He had for us throughout the time since the time has begun." [03:49] (35 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

4. "When God gets through with you and if you will allow Him to do His work within you, He can pick up His paintbrush and He can do a beautiful artistic work in your life because He starts in the heart. Amen? Let's look a little bit further into this. God begins by transformation. He loves you enough that He gave His Son for you. And here's the thing about love. He doesn't love you so that we can simply say, I am loved by God. Wow, this feels so good. Thank you, Lord. I am now complete in you. I am full, so I just want to sit, soak and sour in the love of God. That is not the reason that God loves you." [06:23] (49 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

5. "Some good news in bad times. An ignorant man can become wise. A poor man has a chance in Jesus Christ. A sick man can be made well. A bad man can be made good and a good man can be made better. Even a dead man can be made alive in the Lord Jesus Christ. John 3, 16, there is no other passage in the whole, whole Bible that says so much to so many and so few words. It's a volume in a verse. It's an ocean in a dewdrop. It's a continent in a cup. And it's the very anthem of our redemption today." [08:55] (45 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

6. "I will never allow someone who didn't die for me to dictate to me how I feel about the Lord Jesus Christ, amen? Let me say that again. I will never allow someone who didn't die for me to dictate to me how I feel about the Lord Jesus Christ, amen? You see, I've been in this business for 52 years, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and I found out that there's a lot of Sadducees and Pharisees still trying to steal your joy and take your joy and your peace away from you." 7. "The reason God came from nowhere, there wasn't any place to him to come from because nothing had been created yet. Amen. And coming from nowhere, he stands on nothing. The reason he stood on nothing, there was nowhere in which for him to stand. And standing on nothing, he reached out where there was nowhere to reach and caught something where there was nothing to catch. And he hung something on nothing. And told it to stay there. And it stayed there. And it's been there since creation. Amen." [16:19] (30 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

8. "His love is the doorway to my deliverance. His love is the pathway to my peace that passeth understanding. His love is the roadway to my righteousness. His love is the highway to holiness. And his love is the gateway to glory and the gateway to heaven. Can you say amen? Amen. His love is unparalleled and his love is unprecedented. His love is supreme, it's preeminent. His love is the loftiest idea and literature. It's the highest personality in all philosophy and his love is the doctrine of all theology." 9. "You see, a lot of people say, I just wonder what my life would look like as a success. Listen to me carefully. There is a huge difference between success and significance. There's a huge difference between success and significance. Success is not a bad thing when it's linked with significance. But many, many times we're so full of life. We become so full of self that we don't have time to serve others. And I want to leave you with this. Write this down. The moon never suffers an eclipse. Except for the time when it becomes full of itself." [31:27] (41 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

10. "Most people may not see what God is painting in your life. But it's a masterpiece. They may not see the value of who you are. And what you're doing. But our Father does. God wants to paint a masterpiece in our lives. And let me leave you with this. Write this down. They may have it on the board. One lady said years ago. I am just a little pencil. In the hand of a writing God. Who is sending a love letter. To this world. That was Mother Teresa. That said that. You may think that all you are this morning is just a little pencil. But when that little pencil is put in the hands of a writing God. Let God write your book for you. Let God paint your masterpiece for you. That's what he wants to do today."
