Sermon Summary

Sermon Clips

I thank Christ Jesus our lord who ha enabled me for that he counted me faithful putting me into the ministry, who was before a blasphemer and a persecutor and injurious but I obtained Mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief and the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. [00:19:50]

Paul's life is a testament to the power of God's grace to change even the most hardened hearts. His story challenges us to confront our own prejudices and misconceptions about Christianity. Many today, like Paul before his conversion, are held back by ignorance and unbelief. They may rely on their intellect, scholarship, or perceived mental balance, yet these are not the true barriers to faith. [00:06:27]

Unbelief is not merely a matter of intellect or knowledge but a spiritual condition that blinds individuals to the truth. It is a state where the mind and judgment are dominated by another power, rendering one incapable of seeing the truth. The Apostle Paul illustrates that unbelief is not a matter of intellect or knowledge but a spiritual condition. [00:12:07]

The Apostle Paul illustrates that unbelief is not a matter of intellect or knowledge but a spiritual condition. It blinds individuals to the truth, creating prejudices and false dogmatism. This state leads to an active resistance to the truth, as seen in Paul's own struggle against the pricks of conscience before his conversion. [00:36:07]

Ultimately, the message is clear: the light of Christ has come into the world, but many love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil. The call is to recognize this condition and cry out for deliverance. The Son of God came to set us free from the bondage of sin and Satan, to translate us into the Kingdom of Light. [00:49:04]
