#GodIsTheGreatestGood
“Here's what's so beautiful, and I and I hope the the Holy Spirit would enable you, illumine your understanding to get this right here. God's pursuit of his glory above all else is not God taking something from you. It's God giving something to you himself. What could God give us that would be better than himself? What? If God gave us everything we wanted but himself, he would be withholding the greatest possible good. You get it? So if god was not about himself, ultimately, we would be suffering because he's the greatest good. There's no gift greater than the giver himself.”

#ChristIsSufficient
“If Christ is truly god and truly sin sinless man, then his sacrifice on the cross was sufficient. But if he wasn't truly god, if he wasn't truly man, if he wasn't sinless, then I have no confidence that Christ could save me. These things matter. If Christ was truly raised from the dead in victory, then I too shall be raised. But if he wasn't, I'm to be most pitied. And all of my hope is in vain, and yours too.”

#RepentAndBelieve
“That you have sinned against God just like everyone else in this room. You personally. That's the bad news. But the good news is that God in love, holy, merciful, gracious God has sent his perfect son into the world to come and live the life that you should have lived but didn't. Died the death that you deserve to die, but he died in your place, and then he rose from the grave. God raised him from the grave for your justification if you'll repent and believe the gospel. If you'll turn to Jesus, follow him, and trust him.”
