The uniqueness of Christmas is tied to the uniqueness of this child. It says you shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted means God with us. What makes Christmas unique is that the person we celebrate during Christmas is actually God in flesh, God in a diaper, made possible by a virgin birth. [00:02:46]

Jesus Christ is the most unique person who's ever lived because he possesses something no one else has ever possessed. We call it in theology the hypostatic Union, that may simply be defined as two Natures in one person, unmixed forever. There's a divine nature, there's a human nature, fully God fully man made possible by a virgin birth. [00:03:37]

When you look at the uniqueness of this person, a person who is in a crib but he made his mother, he's in a crib but since the scripture says by him all things that were made have been made, all the animals that came to that occasion were created by Him, and yet he's crying as a baby for his mother's milk. [00:04:32]

He can get hungry, he's fully God so he can feed five thousand, he's fully man so he can get tired and need to rest, but he's fully God so he can raise folk who are dead and bring him back to life, he's fully manned so he can get thirsty, he's fully God so he can walk on water. [00:05:01]

Isaiah goes and gives us a little bit more detail about The Wonder of this person Jesus Christ who Christmas should really only and all be about and why this child should not get lost in the festivities of the holidays. It says that when this child comes forth, the government will rest on his shoulders. [00:08:29]

His name will be called wonderful counselor, now most folk I know need counseling and some of it you can use and some of it you can't, some of it works for a while and some of it doesn't work at all, but not this counselor. In other words, his wisdom would be Supernatural. [00:09:00]

He goes on to say this child will be Mighty God, so the child that was born and the son that was given is in fact Mighty God, that became a struggle in the life of Jesus Christ as we'll see in an upcoming lessons it was a struggle even when he was born, that this this child would actually be God In the Flesh. [00:10:10]

He is the father of time, now if you are the father of time, that means you gave birth to time, because you're its father, but if you're the father of time because you gave birth to time that means you existed prior two times, well the only thing that can exist prior to time is eternity. [00:11:44]

He is the father of time yet he knows what it is to live in time, he knows what it is to exist Before Time, in fact he'll be responsible for timelessness again in eternity, so this is not your ordinary baby in a Manger this is not just Gucci Gucci goo time, this is the recognition of Jesus Christ the most unique person who has ever lived. [00:12:18]

He is the Prince of Peace, identifying this unique person Jesus Christ he is the Prince of Peace, peace is tied to his relationship to time, he is able to take chaos and bring order to it, when that chaos is subject to him that's why during Jesus's birth they could cry out for peace and Good Will to men. [00:13:00]

Jesus Christ, the most unique person who's ever lived, will bring a worldwide order to history during that time when it is his time to set it up in history, now anybody who can do all that but deserves a holiday, but not just one day it is unfortunate that much of the attention he gets is one day a year. [00:14:21]

Satan loves Christmas, probably his favorite holiday, because on Christmas he can keep Jesus in a cradle, when's Christmas he can keep Jesus in a manger on Christmas he can keep Jesus as a holiday, what he doesn't like is when Christmas becomes a way of life, a year-long experience because you recognize we can't smother this baby.
