“``Your witness is not only what you say about Jesus. It is also what your life says because Jesus lives in you. Glory to God. So as I round up, I invite you to identify one place where God is calling you to shine this week. Identify that one place. And I want you to say after me. This week This I will shine I will shine In. say the place. This week, I will shine in my family. This week, I will shine for the Lord. You don't need guys, you do not need permission to shine. Jesus Christ already gave us the permission to shine. He says, let your light so shine. He has given you the permission. So there's no need to ask him, Lord, help me to shine. Lord, can I shine? Lord, no. The the thing you can even say is, well, where can I shine? But you don't even have to ask him, just shine where you are.”

“good works are visible expressions of invisible faith. Our character, our kindness, excellence, integrity, generosity, patience, compassion become evidence of the light within us. So shine through your integrity when dishonesty is easier. Shine through kindness when people are difficult. Shine through excellence when no one is watching. Shine through forgiveness when offense is real. Shine through service when others are self focused. Shine through boldness when faith needs to be represented. Brothers and sisters, shine. Shine. You see, Joseph shined in prison. He was not limited by his physical location. He allowed his relationship with God to shine through even though he was in a tough situation.”

“What if the place you are praying to live is the very place God wants you to shine? The people God used did not always shine from ideal places. Many of them shine from captivity. Many of them shine in prison. Many of them shine in the palace. Some people are shining in the workplace, in a home, a business, or a difficult assignment. God does not need to move you before he can use you. Sometimes, he wants you to shine right where he has placed you.”

“The first thing you need to we need to understand from this is you are the light of the world. You are already light. If you're a child of God, you are already light. You are not praying to be light. You are already his light. Amen. You're not struggling, fasting to be light. You are already light. Jesus Christ proclaimed. He says, you are the light of the world. He was even talking to people at that time that were not technically born again. He was telling them that, look, you are light. The fact that you are with me, right, it means that you are walking in that light. Hallelujah. He didn't say you will become light. He said you are light. Light is not just something believers carry. It is part of who we are in Christ.”
