#KnownBeforeYouWereBorn
“God knows you personally because he's been involved with your life from the beginning. Before anyone else could see you, God did. Before anyone knew your name, God knew you. Before you had a degree, before you had a job, before you had a a title, before you had anything to show for yourself, before you had a a secret to hide, your life already had value before God. You are fully known, and are fully loved.”

#GodRestores
“David can ask God to do that because he knows that God will not be put off by what he finds. He can tell God to search him because he knows when God searches him and when God finds what's there, God will not use it or weaponize and to against him and use it to shame him, but rather he knows God who's not into the shaming business, but he's into the restoring business.”

#BringAllToJesus
“And maybe you're here this morning. You're here and you've you've never placed your trust in Jesus. But you think maybe you gotta clean up what is hidden in you before you can come to God. I want you to know you already knows. So bring him the anger and bring him the doubt. Bring him the shame. Bring him the depression. Bring him the fear. Bring him the secret, and trust Jesus with all of who you are.”

#NothingHiddenFromGod
“This is like excavating the land for precious minerals. You see, when you are trying to derive minerals from the ground, what do you do? You gotta dig deep into the ground. That's how deeply God has searched you and how intimate God knows you. You see, that type of search, friends, that type of search and and that type of knowledge, that's what it means. It means that there is nothing surprising about your life to God. There is no story that you carry that he has not read. There is no scar that you have that he has not seen. There is no pain that you feel that he does not know of.”

#FullyKnownFullyLoved
“What version have you been bringing to God? Is it the version that is full of joy and full of thanksgiving? Now, is it the version that is tired and and feels hopeless? What version of yourself have you been bringing to God? And here's the good news this morning, friends. Bring all of those versions to God. Bring all of those versions of yourself to God. Why? Because he fully knows you. He is fully present with you with what he knows, and he fully loves you because he made you. You can't hide a version of yourself from him. He knows it. So bring them all to God this morning. You see the constant proof of his love, if you ever doubted it, the constant proof of his love for you is what he did on a cross. You see, because Jesus defeated the power of darkness, there is no darkness in your life that can separate you from his presence. See, because Jesus died to put the shame the plans of the enemy. There is no shame that you carry that can keep God from loving you. It is our faith in Jesus. It is our faith in what Jesus did on the cross that allows you and allows me to enjoy the benefits of being fully known and fully loved.”

#EvenInTheStorm
“Even there in the in the season that you would have never chosen, God's hand is right there holding you. Even there in the hospital room, God's hand is there holding you. Even in an unfamiliar city where you don't know a single soul, even in a in a marriage that that feels like it's fragile, even in the job that draining the life out of you, God's hand can lead you and hold you even there. Yep. Yep.”

#SafeToBeKnown
“You see, we keep people from knowing parts of our lives because it's scary. We keep people from knowing parts of our life because, it's it's scary to open up not knowing what's on the other side of of of our mouth being opened. And some of you, you've you've made promise to yourself to never ever open up yourself to another person again, because one time was too much for your trust to be shattered. Your vulnerability was weaponized to shame you. Right. Listen. Here's what I want you to know this morning as we go through Psalm one thirty nine and we explore God fully knowing you and fully loving you. Here's what I want you to know this morning. It is not the same with God. The Bible says that God knows you completely. And and rather than weaponize your shame against you, here's what God does. He puts his arms around you.”

#FullyKnownIsFreedom
“And this particular psalm begins with what I would call an uncomfortable and yet at the same time a comfortable a comforting truth about God. It begins with one of the most comforting and at the same time an uncomfortable truths about God. And here it is. It is that God knows all there is to know about you. God knows all that there is to know about you. One of the scariest and perhaps maybe even one of the most joyous things in life is to be fully known. It is to be fully known and fully loved.”
