#JesusHasFinalWord
“My ego will not have the final word. Amen. Even over my own destiny. Yours will not either. The advertisers, the Internet will not have the final word. The algorithm one day will be on the garbage bin of history too, and the devil will not have the final word. But father, and holy spirit, to honor Jesus Christ who literally paid it all and gave it all because he loves you and me so much, that will have the final word.”

#HumilityNotHubris
“I know so many pastors who have got into trouble when things are going well. It's a quicker path to the darkness when things are going well in all honesty because we don't recognize our utter dependence and humility before God to send everything good. And Holy Spirit, please shine the light of your truth in this church. Do you have the desire for the Holy Spirit, even if it's gonna hurt and be a little humbling, to keep shining the light of truth in your heart and convicting you of sin so that you can go deeper with Jesus? That's the point. The Holy Spirit's ministry in exposing sin is never just to humiliate, and it's not for the sake of exposure. It's for the sake of repentance and drawing near to Jesus.”

#SpotlightOnJesus
“You might be a really great person, but true righteousness manifest and incarnate in Jesus. So the Holy Spirit is saying... Or Jesus is saying about the spirit. One of the main things the spirit loves to do is not call attention to the spirit's own self, but to call attention to me. Jesus is the only righteous one, the only perfect one. One of the things the holy spirit, lord willing, is doing in this very hour is, like, pointing the affection and attention of your mind and spirit right here. Right here. Like, this is where the action's at. It's not behind a microphone. Band is great. It's not in the musical. Like, the main action is at Jesus' table today. Anytime you sense, like, a spotlight or focus going on Jesus, you can be a 100% confident that is the Holy Spirit.”
