#GospelHappilyEverAfter
“Do you know that Jesus did that not after they cleaned up their lives, but while they were yet sinners, the fairy tale came true for them. And the same message is being echoed to you and to me today. That in the gospel, the fairy tale, the happily ever after actually happens. And yes, it is tragic. Your tears are real. Your pain is real. There is no magic formula that we give you on an Easter Sunday that says, pray this prayer and sing these songs and you no longer have to worry about all the tragedy in your life. But make no mistake, on a day like today, you're reminded that the tragedy isn't isn't the end.”

#TragedyBeforeTriumph
“Because before we ever get to the fairy tale, it's a tragedy, isn't it? Like before there's ever laughter, there are tears. Like if you think about all those stories that happened, before we ever went to the tomb, we went up onto a cross. And what was waiting on on the cross wasn't rainbows and puppies and cadbury cream eggs. What was waiting on the cross was death and darkness and sadness and suffering. Because the darkness is a reality.”
