In moments of self-doubt or when feeling overlooked, remember that these are the very instances where God's strength can shine through the most. In today's message, I explored the profound connection between our weaknesses and God's strength, drawing inspiration from the life of David—a man after God's own heart. David's story is a testament to how God uses our frailties to manifest His power and glory. Despite being overlooked by his family and facing immense challenges, David's faith in God enabled him to overcome giants, both literal and metaphorical.

I emphasized the importance of finding strength in God during our weakest moments. Like David, who encouraged himself in the Lord amidst adversity, we too can lean into God's tenderness and kindness. Jesus, our great high priest, understands our weaknesses and is gentle with us. He does not break the bruised reed or snuff out the smoldering wick; instead, He restores and strengthens us.

Leadership was another key theme of my message. I shared my concerns about the church being led predominantly by alpha personalities and the need to embrace a Jesus-style leadership model. This model is characterized by servanthood, humility, and purity—qualities exemplified by Jesus and David. I also introduced the Leadership Academy, which aims to cultivate leaders who embody these Christ-like attributes.

Furthermore, I discussed the power of faith and how it can either lead us to triumph or empower us to endure trials. Faith is not just about believing in Jesus; it's about believing like Jesus, with a faith that can move mountains. This higher dimension of faith is what we need to navigate the challenges ahead.
