#TrustTheWait
“``Waiting says, lord, I don't understand what you're doing, but I trust who you are. Yeah. Wait. Wait. Waiting says, lord, I'm standing on your promises even when the life is not moving the way I want to. Yeah. Chicken's mentality is not to wait. Chickens panic when trouble comes. Yeah. They react. If you ever been on the farm when something that the chickens don't expect to show up, what do they do? They disperse. They scatter. They flee. They they run for cover. But but god is telling me to tell you today that you're not a chicken.”

#WaitInFaith
“David understood something many believers forget. God opens a door, you don't have to kick it down. If god makes a promise, you don't have to manipulate people to. If god appoints something, he will anoint that same thing. So, we as a people must always understand that we have to rely on god and not on ourselves. Yeah. Amen. We have to wait with confidence. Yeah. We have to wait in obedience. We have to wait with expectation. We we we have to keep praying despite of the trouble that we're going through. Yeah. We have to keep trusting god while we wait.”

#SeeBeyondCircumstances
“Isaiah simply tells them, you have to look at the sources from which god has given you to understand that that that you have a strength that you have within you, but you're looking at your circumstances and deeming that the place which you ought to be. Yeah. Their strength had failed. Not because god's strength had failed, but because their belief had failed. Their vision had become cloudy not because god was not giving them a vision. It was because they were looking down, not seeing what life could be.”

#StrengthThroughWaiting
“If you look at the text very clearly, you will notice that the text has some progression in it. The first thing that the writer tells them is to wait on the lord. Then the writer reminds them that your strength will be renewed because you waited and then the writer goes on to say to them that after your strength has been renewed, you will be able to fly with wings like eagles. You see, god does not lift us immediately. Oftentimes, god has to teach us so that we can trust god and depend on god in our circumstances. And he he he strengthening us. It it it is showing us that that that whatever we're going to do is not predicated on our abilities but is predicated on the strength which god gives us and that we ought to be dependent on god for his strength.”

#RiseAboveFear
“We as church people often times are living in places that are beneath the altitude in which god have called us to. We possess the power to defeat fear but yet we live in fear. When we have great vision but we choose to look down instead of look up. We are created to fly above the mountains and above the clouds, but we choose to stay in the barnyard and continue to walk around pecking at life.”

#ChooseGodsWay
“There's something about how opportunities in life can be manipulated by man against what god has called for you. Sometimes, god will close the door for you and lock it so that you can't get through, and and then sometimes man will lock a door and god would open it for you to walk through. You just have to choose who you're going to follow in the journey.”

#TrustGodsTiming
“Isaiah does not tell them that that they are the strongest. He does not say those who are the smartest. He does not say those who have the most money. He said those who wait on the lord. Yes. And waiting is one of the hardest things in the world to do. Because waiting feels like nothing's going on. Waiting feels like god has forgotten about me. Waiting feels like I gotta do it on my own. When actually, actually, if we were to sit back and relax, god is going to do the greatest work because we have to learn patience. We have to learn that there's a confidence in expecting god to move. We we have to learn that trusting god's timing is important because when we trust god's timing, our faith grows.”

#WingsToSoar
“All of us got some stuff that that we want god to raise us above. All of us got some some fear, some bitterness, some discouragement. All of us got some yesterday stuff that is holding us back. All of us got some weights on our feet that keep us from rising above the storm. Yes. We got some storms in our lives, but we also got a god that says that he will strengthen us. We also got a god that says that he will give us wings to soar, strength to run, and patience to endure. We all got a god that if we call on him, will not let us fail, will not let us fall down, but will take us to higher places.”
