#BelongToJesus
“For something to be lost, it has to belong to someone. So if Jesus said you're a lost sheep, who did you belong to? Yeah. If you're a lost coin, who did you belong to? If you're a lost son or daughter, who did you belong to? Jesus. Because you were hewn out of the rock by God. That's your identity. That's who you are.”

#IdentityInTheCross
“And for us, I see that shaping, that work on us, the stones of God, being the work on the cross. Jesus came and his the work that he did on the cross shaped us. The work that he did meant that we could be transformed into who God wanted us to be. We received our true identity or understanding of identity through the work of the cross when Jesus came.”

#LostAndFoundParables
“Here's something that might help. When Jesus spoke, there were three parables that I'm referring to that Jesus spoke. One was about the lost coin, you might know that one. One was about the lost sheep, and the other one was about the lost son. In every case, they came back to Jesus, whether he rescued you them or they came back. Now, the interesting thing is here that I don't go walking down the street and see an iPhone lying on the footpath and go, oh, look, I lost that. I'll grab it. Jesus didn't do that, did he? He wasn't one around, oh, there's a sheep stuck in the fence. I'll go and I'll take it. For something to be lost, it had to belong to someone first.”

#HoldToTruth
“Don't let the enemy take that stone away from you. That's his MO. That's what he's tried to do or done all through history. Ah, did God really say that? I don't know about that. You might have misheard him. I think you misread that in the Bible. That's not right. That's how Satan operates. He's deceitful. He's cunning. It's been around a while, so he knows how we think. But we have to hold on to the truth, don't we? We can't let that stone, that truth of our identity be taken from us.”

#SavedAndShaped
“Everything changed. Even the time when we start our date now. That's how pivotal the work of the cross was. And sometimes, I think we're a little bit like a a kid at Christmas, and God's given us this gift of salvation which came through the work of Christ on the cross. Oh, awesome. Thank you. Wrap us off. Oh, yeah. That's cool. What's next? The work of the cross is the crux of what, makes a difference for us in our lives in God. Without that, we we don't we don't change. Because it's not through our own strength trying to build a tower to God or to the heavens, do it our own way. It's only through the work of the cross, and it is through that that we're shaped and formed so that we become a living stone.”

#BornOfGod
“I want to live out of knowing that you birthed me, that I'm yours. Because we can say it sort of flippantly, I made in the image of God. But what does that look like? When you cut that slice off the rock, it looks like the rock that it came off. That's who you are. That's what you look like. Okay? Don't let the enemy take that stone away from you. Don't let the enemy take that stone away from you. That's his MO. That's what he's tried to do or done all through history.”

#IdentityRevealed
“We have to we have to get that in our heart. Well, if we do if we do, that will change us. And the stone was rolled away so that the stone of our identity could be given back to us. Yeah. It's powerful. And God has done that for us. That's who you are. Can you believe that? Can you get a hold of that? Can that get into your spirit? Yeah. Yeah? That's what it has to do.”

#CalledAndChosen
“That's who Peter realized he was, and that's who you are. God is building his kingdom, and he's using each one of you. And you are not someone you're not someone who just happened to be here. Well, God said, oh, yeah. They'll they'll do. Or look, way over there. That's that's someone and I think I'll get them and, yeah, I might be able to use them. It's not like that.”
