41s
“We love certainty. We we want to be able to know what certainly is gonna happen in our lives. We want god to tell us what is going to happen next, when it's going to happen, how it's going to happen, and preferably, we'd like him to tell us before it happens. We don't like to be caught off guard or by surprises. But, friends, faith doesn't always work like that. Sometimes, doesn't give us an explanation. Sometimes, all he gives us is a promise.”
50s
“Just be strong. Yeah. Yeah. Amen. When you're afraid, be strong. When you can't see, walk by faith. And when the battle gets hard, stand. Courage for your heart. Yes, sir. Faith for your feet. Armor for your fight. And family, I stopped by to hear to tell you today, Bethany, that god did not preserve this church for sixty one years for you to become afraid of the age in which we've been called. God didn't keep y'all just so you could talk about what he used to do. God kept this generation so that he he kept you so that this generation could see what God can still do.”
31s
“that's, friends, I come by to tell you that you cannot gossip your way to victory. Right. You cannot manipulate your way to victory. You cannot argue your way to victory, and you cannot hate your way to victory. You can't post your way to victory. Some battles require you to put on the whole armor of god. That's why Paul then says, in having done all to stand, stand therefore.”
