51s
“Sometimes it kinda goes well. Most of the time, it didn't happen the way you say. But then Peter goes to Jesus. But master, because you said it, I'll go. No fire, little bit of faithfulness. No faith. Faithfulness. I'll fill out the stupid card. Sometimes it's all we have. But it was just like the fishes and the loaves. Jesus doesn't ask what we have. He asks, what do you have left?”
32s
“Are we going to let our history and our exhaustion rob us from the faith that is needed? To believe that God can split the nets and sink the boats in waters that we think have no fish. But unless we say, Lord, you can use the boat. And, yes, Lord, I will go deeper than I am now, God, in my worship, in my giving, and I'm gonna be a believer again.”
41s
“You can board the vessel today, Lord. At some moment in the shower with your cup of coffee and the drive to work, I wanna put this into your morning devotional lexicon, your language. You can say Jesus today. Lord, you can board the boat today. You wanna call an audible in my life, at school, at work, Lord. You can use the boat. If we don't let Jesus use the boat, none none of the next is going to happen, friends. Jesus, you can board the boat.”
