#StepsTowardGod
“```Do you think about the walking? Think about when you walk. I'm going towards a particular direction. The Holy Spirit is walking with me. Every action that we take, every thought that we have is either a step towards God or it's a step away from God. Think about your daily activities. The TV shows you choose to watch, am I taking a step towards God, walking with the spirit? Am I taking a step away from God, but what I choose to place in front of my eyes? The things that we absorb our time with, what we read, the music we listen to, did all those things causing me to take a step towards God or did I just take a step away from God?”

#SpiritIsOurGuide
“You see, we're the variables. We're the ones who haven't gone through life before. We're the ones who are seeing the ups and downs, the excitement, the downfalls. We're the ones who are like a little bit nervous about how it's all going to turn out. But you know who's not nervous? The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is like, I got this. I've been through this before. I've been through at least two thousand years, probably like eight thousand to ten thousand years of watching this whole thing, of watching people like you. And frankly, I've got it under control. I'm not worried one bit. So will you let me, the guide, the holy spirit, instruct you to get through life? I'll help you. It won't be a problem. And by the way, when you succeed at doing that, I'll be right here to cheer you on at the very end. That's what I think the holy spirit wants to do for you too.”

#BornOfTheSpirit
“He wants to cheer you on. He is your guide. Listen to him. He's been through life before. Amen. So that gets me to my final question, which is this. Have you actually been born of the spirit? Is the holy spirit living inside of you such that you right now have a guarantee of your future inheritance in heaven? Do you know for sure for sure that you are saved from the wrath of God?”

#QuietToHearGod
“Do you think about that? You want to know, well, what's God's word for me? I'd love to just hear from God. I even say that on a like, if God would just speak to me out loud, that would sure make things a lot clearer. And I'm like, wait. But this is already saying the Holy Spirit is speaking to me Jesus' words. The Holy Spirit, when I take time to be quiet and listen, then that's when I hear what God wants to tell me. It's not when I'm trying to like, oh, there's all this noise. I'll figure it out. No. Silence the noise. Be quiet before the Lord. And then you can hear more clearly what the Holy Spirit is saying that comes directly from the Father that he wants to see to you.”
