Hearing the Word is only the beginning; it is when you actively believe and declare it that your life begins to reflect the promises and victory pictured in Scripture. If you only listen but never mix in faith, the Word will not profit you, no matter how powerful it is. God has given you the ingredients for a life of peace, joy, and victory, but it is your responsibility to mix them with faith and obedience so that your life can look like the picture on the box—just as God designed. Everything, everything understands the power of the word of God. And when you speak the word of God, your organs even have to listen. Come on, your liver got to pay attention. The same spirit that raised up Christ from the dead is dwelling in me and it's going through my bloodstream into every organ, into every cell, strengthening, quickening and making alive my mortal body. It's not your power, even though he's given you authority, you can speak his word with that knowing you have authority, but understand this, it's his power.
