#GratefulHeart
“My friend, every food that we taste, every drink that we drink, every provision we have in our lives to pay bills, etcetera, is all by the hand of God, by his common grace. You know, November, as we gear now towards the next holiday of Thanksgiving, why do we have an attitude of thanksgiving? Why do we have an attitude of gratitude? Because we know that all things we have is from God. And we give thanksgiving through our stewardship by doing the things that God has given us for his glory.”

#GodsRedemptivePlan
“Again, a story that shows us God's sovereign grace, mercy, and providence. I believe that's why this is in scripture. But it's also a story as we see things unfold and we get to the very end of this book that Ruth is in lineage to David. And David is in lineage to Jesus. This four chapter book has such a powerful story in God's redemptive plan. And what we see in the heart of god's redemptive plan, church, is his sovereign grace. Grace simply means this, that you and I get what we don't deserve. There's no works attached to it. It's all the work of God himself.”

#CommonGrace
“Whether someone acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord or not, they are experiencing the common grace of God. Now, again, if they're not acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord, they're probably not acknowledging that this common grace is from him. Regardless if we acknowledge it or whoever acknowledge it, doesn't change the facts. Everything we have to have life here on earth and everything we have to have spiritual life and eternity with him. My friends, it's by the grace of God.”
