"so in the Bible God tells us that we should share some of what God has given us the food we have the money we have the housing the family we are given lots of blessings in our life by God and God says we should share with others because the world is an unfair place and some people get more than others now in the Bible there's a word for this it's called tithing and it we hear about in Micah and in Jesus time people were tithing Jesus would have tithed and tithing is where you give 10 of what you have to other people and you share it all so that everyone has enough so isn't sharing a wonderful thing" [00:24:21] (42 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Abundance is two to three years worth of food so that you can make it if the crops don't come in. Two to three years. This is not Americans' idea of abundance. Abundance. When we want abundance, we're not looking at two or three years. We're looking at I don't have to worry about money for the rest of my life." "But that's God's idea of abundance is enough. Enough. And to live into enough means we need to trust and that there might be a role for us to play. Sometimes we need to share and sometimes God wants us to do a little bit of work." [00:32:14] (19 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"Everyone works together on a boat. Because if a storm comes, one person is not going to keep the boat afloat. The whole group has to work together to keep the boat afloat. When you're pulling in a net like this, one person can't do it alone. The whole group has to work together. And this is the strength of the church that Jesus has gifted us. We all come together. We work together when we are in the boat." [00:33:36] (24 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"But Jesus didn't call us to take care of ourselves. Jesus called us to look for the lost. The lost sheep, the lost coin, the lost son, to look for the people who need to be in the boat, which then brings us to this. Where do we throw our nets?" "You got to pray and listen for God's instruction. You got to listen for where Jesus is saying to throw the net, who Jesus wants to catch, and how Jesus wants you to bring them in." [00:43:17] (17 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"God offers us abundance, but God doesn't just hand it out to us. God says, go find a couple loaves and fishes and then I'll multiply them. God says, throw your net in and I will fill it. But we always have to take the first step." [00:45:28] (18 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)

"God wants to see that we are willing. To be involved, to be engaged, to be partners in God's kingdom building. So I invite you to be part of our exciting adventure next year that I don't know what it's going to be." [00:46:02] (18 seconds) (Download raw clip | Download cropped clip)
