On this earth, God ordained a rhythm: seed, time, harvest. He formed the ground before He set the clock, so what you plant can shape the days that follow. This year invites you to partner with His word, placing clean, righteous seed where He directs. Do not be rushed or manipulated; let the Spirit guide where, when, and how you give, serve, speak, and obey. As you honor God with what is in your hand, expect the bridge of time to carry your seed into a harvest that magnifies His faithfulness. Remember, the power of a seed is not in its size but in what it produces [21:09].
Noah built an altar and offered what was clean, and God welcomed the fragrance. Then God resolved: even though human hearts bend toward evil, I will not curse the ground again or erase life as before. As long as the earth stands, the cycle remains—seed followed by time and then harvest, with seasons and day and night never failing. - Genesis 8:20-22
Reflection: What is one specific “seed”—an act of obedience, generosity, or reconciliation—you sense the Spirit inviting you to plant this week to shape your year?
Fruitfulness begins beneath the surface. God calls you to let Him circumcise your heart, to loosen the hardened places where the word has struggled to take root. Worry, the lure of riches, and the pull of “other things” can choke what He is speaking. Slow down, seek Him, and let Him show you the exact field where your seed belongs. As you make room in your heart, your planting will no longer be lost among thorns, and mercy will meet your righteousness [18:31].
Sow what is right and you will harvest with mercy; plow up your unworked ground and seek the Lord until He pours out His rightness on you. You’ve trusted your own way and reaped what that produces; turn back so He can rain on your field. - Hosea 10:12-13
Reflection: Which “thorn”—anxiety about money, distraction, or a competing desire—is presently choking God’s word in you, and what one gentle step could you take this week to clear space for His voice?
God can turn a famine into a field. He told Isaac to stay, and in the same land where the ground was dry, obedience became the seed that unlocked a hundredfold. Do not rush to “Egypt” unless the Lord sends you; help comes from the Maker, not from the hills. Bring your private and public life into alignment, and then plant where He says. In due season, even hostile soil must yield to the word of the Lord over your life [41:03].
There was a famine, and Isaac considered leaving, but God said, “Stay where I show you; I will be with you and bless you.” Isaac remained, planted in that land, and in that same year reaped a hundredfold; the Lord blessed him until he became exceedingly great, so much that his neighbors grew envious. - Genesis 26:1-6, 12-14
Reflection: Where are you tempted to run for relief or opportunity, and what practical step of obedience could you take this week to stay where God is asking you to stand?
God gave you purpose and grace before clocks and calendars existed. He formed the earth on the third day and set time on the fourth, showing that seed and ground precede the schedule. This means your seed, sown in obedience, can reshape days and years because it answers to His eternal word. Do not fear lost time; align your words and actions with what He planned in Christ before time. In His hands, your season bends toward restoration and timely harvest [09:37].
God rescued us and called us into a holy life—not because we earned it, but because of His own plan and kindness—granted to us in Christ Jesus before time even started ticking. - 2 Timothy 1:9
Reflection: Name one promise from God that feels delayed by time; how could you realign your daily speech and one habit this week to agree with His purpose given to you before time began?
God is clothing His people with the grace, anointing, and resilience seen in Joseph. Though attacked, Joseph’s strength held, and his branches ran over the wall so others could taste the fruit. Expect God to bless from above and beneath, with favor and finished outcomes, not for hoarding but for serving. As you keep integrity and obey in hidden places, He will make your ground produce and your influence spill into other yards. Prepare to steward increase so that many find shade and provision through your life [57:41].
Joseph is like a fruitful tree by a spring, sending branches over the wall. Though archers shot at him, his bow stayed strong because the Mighty One upheld him. Blessings pour down—heaven’s dew, the deep beneath, and abundance upon abundance—resting on the head of the one set apart. - Genesis 49:22-26
Reflection: If God increases your “branches” this year, who beyond your immediate circle could benefit from your overflow, and what is one concrete way you could prepare to bless them?
I declared this new year as our year of full, complete, and total restoration. I asked you to dress your spirit for what God is about to do, because everything He has done for you so far will pale beside what is coming. I laid out the biblical pattern: on the third day God formed the earth and commanded it to produce seed; on the fourth day He established time. The earth and the seed came before time so that, by faith and obedience, you could use your seed to shape your days, seasons, and years. That’s why I urged you to stop routine giving and start Spirit-led sowing—no manipulation, no frenzy—so you neither sow among thorns nor miss the appointments God set for you.
We prayed to break up fallow ground and circumcise our hearts, because cares, deceitful riches, and cravings choke the word. I showed how the dry ground produced by the word—not by rain, fertilizer, or human toil—so you can command your “dry ground” to yield when you align with God’s voice. Isaac modeled this in famine: he stayed where God sent him, aligned his private and public life, and sowed in that land; his harvest was a hundredfold and his stature multiplied. The seed he truly sowed was obedience.
I warned that not every “hill” is your help; help comes from the Lord. Don’t relocate unless the Spirit leads; otherwise you suffocate. Like the Shunammite woman, your seed never leaves your future—it builds the bed where God resurrects what died and calls for seven years of restoration in a day. Gerar means pilgrimage, combat, dispute; so accuracy in relationships and spiritual warfare matter if you will thrive where others wither.
Finally, I released the blessing of Joseph: branches over the wall, favor above and beneath, and authority to bless nations. I charged you to steward true riches, honor God with clean seed, and speak to your land until it produces. You will be the right person, in the right place, at the right time, doing the right things, and getting the right results. The Lord shall preserve your going out and coming in; your ground will answer to the word, and you will laugh at famine.
``Not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus, when? Before time began. Hello? When was God's purpose and grace given to us? I can hear you. So these things were given to us before time began. Say to your friend or to your neighbor, everything God has given me before time began cannot be frustrated in time by any force below God. [00:10:10] (46 seconds) #GraceBeforeTime
I want you to rise to your feet and say, Lord, grant me grace to bring my private life and public life into alignment. I will not be something else in private and another thing in public. My life must come into alignment so that what I'm in private is what I'm in public. Grant me grace. I need grace in this area, oh Lord, so that I will not put my seed in the midst of thorns. I thank you, my father and my God, that in 2021, everything about my life is coming into alignment. My private life, my public life, everything will come into alignment.
