Serving others is not about depleting our energy or time; it's about aligning with our divine design. When we serve, we come alive in ways we never thought possible. Serving is a pathway to experiencing the fullness of life that God intends for us. When we shift our focus from ourselves to others, we tap into a deeper sense of joy, fulfillment, and purpose. This is not just a spiritual truth but also supported by research, which shows that serving can improve our physical health, reduce stress, and increase happiness.

God's ways are often higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Just like the passengers in the movie "Poseidon Adventure" who had to go against their instincts to survive, we too need to rethink our approach to life. Serving, far from taking life from us, actually gives us life. The Apostle Paul tells us that we were dead in our sins but made alive in Christ. This new life isn't just about a one-time decision; it's an ongoing journey of trust and alignment with God's ways. [50:51]
