Submit to him in all your ways. Matthew 6 .33. The Bible says, seek first. Seek first the kingdom of God in his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. Daily Direction. You know, God's speaking in the word of God and the Proverbs and the Psalms and words of wisdom that he will lead us down the best path for our lives if we make a decision to seek him first in all things. So that, you know, for me, it would be every morning for you, it may be afternoon, evenings, or late evenings, or 2 a .m., I don't know, whatever your schedule is. But we need to go to him and say, God, show me your assignment for my life. Show me your assignment. Show me what to do. Show me where to go. Give me the words to speak today. That's a novel idea. God has daily bread for you and I. Manna. It's daily substance. It's a daily, whether it's a word, a scripture, a song, a verse, a declaration, or comfort, whatever it may be, God has daily manna for you and I. And I kind of wound up last week and ended with the statement, we can't live off of yesterday's manna and expect to have victory today. [00:05:48] (23 seconds)

Some people think, well, I've overcome this problem, and, you know, use the same tactics. I think I use the illustration last week about Moses, and he was commanded first to bring water in the desert, to strike the rock, for those of you that are here, and he struck the rock, and the Bible says water flowed out. Well, there was another time, and towards the end of the 40 years of the wilderness, and the Lord said, now this time I want you to speak to the rock, and Moses was upset. [00:07:11] (29 seconds)

And it's, that's what the word in the Greek is, kairos. And chronos, two different words. Chronos is chronological time. We live day in, week out, month, month. But kairos is opportune time. It's when, you see, God has kairos moments for each and every one of you. There are moments in your walk where you just, continue to be faithful in the chronos time. Come on, somebody. Just continue to be faithful. Seek him. And all of a sudden, boom, there is a moment of a kairos presence where God shows up and does something [00:12:10] (33 seconds)

And so the scripture says, he inquired of the Lord, and the Lord answered him, go, for I will surely deliver the Philistines into your hands. And so the Bible says that he went out to battle, and he got his daily manner. He didn't assume that because something may have worked in the past or a previous battle that it was going to work right there. And his cry was, Lord, are you going to give this enemy into my hand? [00:15:10] (26 seconds)

And the point is that every roadblock is not the devil. It could be, watch this, it could be the Spirit of God trying to stop you from a wrong decision or a pathway for your life. Remember Balaam and the donkey? And he was through the threshold, right? And Balaam, beating this donkey, and the donkey wouldn't go through because the donkey sees an angel waiting there with a sword ready to slay him. [00:19:39] (29 seconds)

Listen to what you're feeling down in your spirit man or spirit woman. Not in your head, but in your heart. What is the still, small voice? It's an impression. Sometimes it's hard to explain. Sometimes you just know that this is what I'm supposed to do, or this is what I'm not supposed to do. Friends, that is the Holy Spirit giving you daily direction. [00:29:26] (26 seconds)
