The urgency of the harvest also calls for surrendered lives. God has not stopped calling missionaries, but many have stopped saying yes. September can become a defining moment for a church, a family, a young person, or an older believer who admits that physical things have held too much attention. Jesus calls each heart to look up, see the fields, and answer Him without delay.

We might have to give up some of the pleasures. Oh, wait a minute. That's the physical, isn't it? What does it matter when someone goes into eternity without Jesus Christ? Is it worth a cup of coffee? Is it worth the meal at Olive Garden? To say, god, we wanna be a part so we unify together.”
