“This morning, if you've not put your faith and trust in Jesus, what better day than today to know that you can be found in him and receive his righteousness? What better day than today to know what Jesus did on the cross? It's for you. All the things he walked through, all the things he did, all of your sin was taken on his back if you believe, if you confess, if you repent, and if you believe. If the spirit of god is convicting you that you have not be believe, would today be the day that you repent of your sin? That you confess that Jesus is Lord and you believe that God raised him from the dead? Because if you do that today, you will be saved.”

“They put him on the cross, and he took his last breath. And at that moment, Satan thought he had won. In that moment, when Jesus took his last breath and was taken down from the cross and was put in the tomb, Satan thought he had won. Now we heard this just a few weeks ago in first Corinthians. It says, if he would have known what the death of Jesus would have accomplished, he never would have sent him to the cross. Satan thought he had won. But on that early Sunday morning, when Mary arrived at the tomb, she heard the words, why are you looking for the living where you expect to see the dead?”
