“Think about that. Everything that happens is woven into the purpose of God and nothing that happens is outside of his will. God works all things according to the counsel of his will. God is sovereign. So another way to say his secret will would be his sovereign will. That means his plans will always prevail. We can see this at the cross. Satan stirred up the events that led to the crucifixion of Jesus. But even through this painful moment God accomplished his plan to redeem the world. Amen, everybody? Aren't you glad he did that? That's why we sing about that name. So nothing in your life is outside of God's purpose or beyond his control.”

“So in an attempt to free the image of Christ that's within us, what God does is he starts chipping away everything that isn't Jesus. The stone of our lives either submits to the chipping to reveal the masterpiece inside every one of us or it resists. If it submits then features of the savior begin to emerge from our life. If it submits long enough then the savior himself emerges. But if it resists and continues to resist then there'll come a day when God will just let stone be stone.”

“When I stand before God, he's not going to say, made a mistake when you went to Concord, or you should have taken that that job as global director for the denomination. Like, man, you should have done that. No. But he will say, did you pursue a holy life? He will say, did you follow me? He will say, did you receive me into your heart? And when you find yourself saying, I just need to find God's will, I want you to remind yourself that God's will is that I should live as he has described in the bible.”

“With this being truth and his revealed will, you can never claim to be in God's will if it is a in direct conflict with his commands and his moral laws and the things found in this bible right here. You can say, well, I like them or I like that group or or or I like their I like their platform or what they stand for. Ladies and gentlemen, I can like and love people and I'm supposed to according to God. But if what they are saying does not come into alignment with this word, then it is not this is his revealed will. Then I can't come into alignment with what they are saying or what they are doing because this is the revealed will of God.”
