“``I'm gonna say it and I'm gonna get done. We have majored for years in the Baptist churches, Independent Fundamental, Southern Baptist churches, Church of Gods, I mean, every Methodist or everywhere around. Well, if you'll just come forward and you'll repeat this prayer after me. Can I tell y'all the sinner's prayer has sent more people to hell than anything in the world? Now some of y'all mad at me right now. But you better listen to me and listen close because it might be the last time I get to stand in this life before you. If you're trusting in a prayer you prayed, a boxed up prayer, some dude with a slick back hairdo and a bible said, if you'll repeat these words after me uh-oh. And I knew it was gonna get tight right here because there's some of y'all done it, and you've banked your whole eternity on some dude that had a King James Bible and preached loud or preached quiet and had another version. Don't matter which one of them. But he said, if you'll repeat this prayer after me Yep. You'll walk right into the gates of hell.”

You can vote me out if you want to. He done done that. That's right. He done did that. That's it. He done died for that. You don't gotta if you ask him to forgive your sins again to get saved, you might as well hang him on Calvary today. Yeah. Amen. Amen. Amen. I'll amen myself if I have to. Amen, preacher. Amen. He done died. Yeah. He's done paid the work, done finished it. You must believe in your heart. Say, Lord, I believe. Yes. I trust you. Yes. I receive what you've done for me. I'm tired of trying to do it myself. Amen. I receive it. Amen. I receive it. That's right. Whoo.”

“For we are his workmanship. I wish I had time to go into all this with you. Boy, it jumped off the feet. I had me a time last night studying on this. For we are his workmanship. In Greek, that word workmanship means poema, where we get our word poem. Do you know what I am, brother Damon? I like to shout it. I'm the poem I'm a poem that he's writing. Yes. Come on. Yeah. Lance, I was writing a poem. It was pretty bad. Yes. But there came a day I met Jesus. Amen. Amen. And I got over all that mess and just received him. And Brian Harris, he took the pen and he started writing a poem. Yes. And it's the most beautiful poem. I mean, I'm the ugly I'm the ugly subject of it, but I got a beautiful author.”

“Some of y'all gonna get this. Some of y'all fixing to get it. Yeah. Preach it, son. There was a day that the lamb Yes. Yes. Steve McCurdy, I wish I could preach it like it's my last time. There was a day when the lamb of God walked up to the whipping post, and they whipped him beyond imagine. Entrails were sticking out of him. Listen to me, church. Isaiah said to ran, it's in the bible. It said his visage was so marred that you couldn't tell who he was. His own mama, Jeff Edwards, couldn't tell who he was. Amen. He just bowed his head in. He just leaned in. Are y'all with me this morning? Some of y'all look mad. You ought to get mad. You get good and mad. You'll get saved this morning. He leaned in. Jesus never fired off a word. They spit in his face. He didn't spit back. He leaned in. He laid in, Jake, and he poured every drop, every drop of blood. Never fought back. Poured it all out. Why? So he could be the gift that you needed to get saved. Bless”
