When we immerse ourselves in Scripture, we draw strength and wisdom from God, enabling us to face difficulties without withering. This rootedness in God's Word is essential for our spiritual growth and stability.

Meditating on God's Word is not about emptying our minds but filling them with Scripture. This practice helps us internalize God's truths, providing us with wisdom and strength.
